Two reasons. First: LinkedIn actively penalises automation and routinely restricts accounts caught using it. Second: automated outreach reads like automated outreach — recipients spot it instantly and reply rates collapse. Manual sending costs more time but works.
100–200 is the standard range. Higher volumes are possible but reply rates start dropping below 100/month is too low to generate meaningful pipeline. Quality and quantity have to balance.
Initial responses get a brief acknowledgment from KP to keep conversations warm. Once a real conversation starts, it gets handed back to you (or your sales team) — KP doesn't pretend to be you in actual sales conversations.
Yours. Outreach is always sent from your personal LinkedIn (with your permission and access). Sending from a fake account or a shared account violates LinkedIn ToS and tanks deliverability anyway.
