One-off projects (a landing page, a blog series) usually take 1–3 weeks. Retainer clients work month-to-month with no minimum commitment — most stay 6+ months.

Always. Every project starts with a voice document — either yours, or one we build together in the kick-off. Nothing leaves the studio in a generic "marketing" voice.

For social, landing pages and email — yes. For full brand identity work or print collateral, KP partners with a small network of trusted designers and project-manages the whole piece.

50% deposit on project start, 50% on completion for one-offs. Retainers invoice monthly, in advance. UK bank transfer or Wise.

Two rounds of revisions are included on every project — and honest feedback is genuinely welcomed. The goal is content you'd defend in a meeting, not content KP defends.
