Find what's working,
kill what isn't.

Full review of your existing content across blog, social, email and landing pages — measured against business goals, not vanity metrics.

Most brands have years of accumulated content sitting somewhere — old blog posts, abandoned landing pages, email sequences nobody touches anymore. About 80% of it isn't doing anything for the business. About 5% is doing more than you realise.

A content audit identifies which assets are working, which are quietly hurting you (cannibalising search rankings, confusing buyers, contradicting current positioning) and which need killing entirely. The output is a prioritised fix list, not a 200-page report nobody reads.

Audits are one-off projects. The output: a 90-day action roadmap with conversion uplift estimates, search visibility opportunities and content gaps to fill — sorted by effort vs impact.

Process

How it works.

01

Access + setup

Read-only access to your CMS, Google Analytics, Search Console, social analytics and email platform. Plus a brief on what success looks like — the audit gets measured against your goals, not generic metrics.

02

Performance review

Full pass on your content library. What's ranking, what's converting, what's getting traffic but not converting, what's getting nothing at all. Documented with data, not opinion.

03

Competitor benchmark

Top 3 competitors analysed for the same metrics. Where they're outranking you, where they're not, what content gaps exist that you could fill quickly.

04

Roadmap drafting

Findings translated into a prioritised action list. Quick wins (low effort, high impact) at the top. Medium-term work in the middle. Long-term strategic pieces at the bottom.

05

Walkthrough + Q&A

90-minute live walkthrough of the audit and roadmap. Q&A. Plan agreed. KP can execute the roadmap as a follow-on project, or hand it to your team to run.

Clear pricing. No surprises.

2–3 weeks from kick-off to delivery. Bulk of the time is in the data-gathering and analysis phase — the roadmap itself takes about a week to write.
Brands with at least 12 months of published content and some analytics history. Newer brands without enough data to analyse are usually better off with a content strategy project instead.
Optional. Most clients have KP execute the highest-priority quick wins (typically 5–10 items in the first 90 days) under a project or short-term retainer. Larger roadmaps roll into ongoing monthly work.
Recommendations only — KP never touches your CMS without explicit sign-off. The audit flags which content to delete, redirect, consolidate, refresh or rewrite. Your team executes the changes (or KP does, separately).
Audit includes a high-level technical SEO check (crawl errors, core web vitals, indexing issues). For deep technical SEO work — schema, site architecture, log file analysis — a specialist partner gets brought in and quoted separately.
